Newport Area Chamber of Commerce presents 'Twas Just Before Christmas, a holiday festival. Chili walk from 4 to 6 pm. Bundle up and enjoy the festivities. Traditional Style Chili Walk!
The Newport Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to sponsor this year's Annual 'Twas Just Before Christmas, a holiday festival on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 4 to 7 pm in Newport, NH!
Children will visit participating Main Street businesses to collect holiday stamps on their Passport to Santa (to be provided free at the event to all children). With their completed Passport to Santa, children will enter the Newport Opera House to meet Santa on stage to get a free picture taken with him.
The Newport Recreation Department will have their annual Chili Walk happening from 4 to 6 pm. The festival will also include face painting, a bonfire with marshmallows, horse and wagon rides, crafts, and letters to Santa inside the Opera House, New this year, we will have hot chocolate, crock pot food and a bake sale in the Opera House as well!
All are welcome to participate in this fun filled family event. The Newport Area Chamber of Commerce is honored to have this identified as one of the area's best offerings for the holiday season by Kearsarge Magazine!
