Fresh ideas about root veggies and winter squash. Think crispy potatoes, herbs, spices, mashes, and adding roasted veggies to salads, rice dishes, and bean dishes. We'll also share how easy it is to get these New Hampshire winter staples in the oven super quick at the end of a long day.
These hands-on classes are sponsored by the 100 Mile Market, the Sullivan County Conservation District and Valley Food and Farm, with support from the NH Department of Agriculture.
The location is 35 Pleasant St. and the instructor will be Lauren Griswold.
All participants will receive free kitchen tools, printed recipes, and food!
