**Priority Will Be Given to Rural Sites in ME, NH, VT, and Northern NY**
In This Older Adult ECHO Program, We Will Explore:
- Pandemic-Related Social Isolation
- Methods to Support Formal & Informal Caregivers
- Impacts of the Pandemic on Cognitive Decline
- Effects of Isolation on Physical & Mental Health
- Solutions for Rural Communities
